If you are not 100% satisfied with what you ordered, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Please note, the original shipping fees are not refundable. We do not offer price adjustments on purchases.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include the packing slip that came with your order and send all returns to the address on the packing slip. Returns should be shipped with a traceable carrier as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

As we are always striving to improve our products and customer experience, any feedback on what didn’t work for you would be greatly appreciated.

Upon receipt of your parcel you will be refunded in the same method of payment used for the original purchase, items received after 7 days but no later than 14 days will be issued a store credit or exchanged depending on your needs.

Calleen Cordero is not responsible for any lost or stolen products following shipment from Calleen Cordero to the delivery address provided by you.
