The Woman Behind The Brand
For more than 25 years, designer Calleen Cordero has followed a simple belief: beautiful things should be lived in.
What began in 1999 as a small collection of handcrafted leather designs quickly grew into a loyal following of women drawn to pieces that felt different. Pieces with character. Pieces made with intention.
Calleen built the brand in the United States, where she established her own atelier and opened a beautiful lifestyle store in Studio City, California. From the very beginning, her vision extended beyond creating products. She set out to create a world shaped by craftsmanship, artistry, and objects designed to be treasured for years to come.
Inspired by a love of travel, nature, architecture, and the beauty found in handcrafted objects, Calleen developed a design language that has become unmistakably her own. Rich leathers. Hand applied brass and nickel artwork. Timeless silhouettes designed to be worn year after year.
Six years ago, seeking a deeper connection to the craft, Calleen made the decision to move her atelier and creative operations to Mexico.

Today, she works alongside a talented team of craftspeople who share her passion for quality and artistry. Having her own atelier allows complete creative freedom, giving every design the time, attention, and care it deserves from concept to completion.
More than two decades later, Calleen remains deeply involved in every collection, continuing to guide the creative vision of the brand with the same passion, curiosity, and commitment to craftsmanship that inspired its beginning.
