SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Within the  United States, we offer:

  • FREE ground shipping for all domestic orders over $650.

International Orders: We don’t offer free shipping on international shipments, we use DHL and can ship to most countries.  International customers are responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. Please be sure that you understand what the duty rates are in the country you are shipping to before finalizing your order. All international sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned. Refusal to pay duties and taxes upon delivery will result in the package being forfeited to the post office, and you will not be reimbursed for any amount of the original order.

Processing and Delivery Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We do our best to ship the same day but orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. If you need your package to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know so we can prioritize your order. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you've signed up for an account with us, you can check the status of your orders on Your Account page.
