Our belts are all hand woven in Chiapas Mexico, we are collaborating with a collective of Indigenous artisan women.
We have developed our own color and each belt is combined with leather and a detachable Brass or Nickel buckle with signature hand-studded art motifs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with what you ordered, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Please note, the original shipping fees are not refundable, and we do not offer price adjustments on purchases.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include the packing slip that came with your order. For exchanges please email us the item you would like for exchange so we can place on hold, and also please include this information on the packing slip. Exchanges/Returns should be shipped to the below address with a traceable carrier, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Care for leathers:
-Keep leather surface clean and dry. Use a soft cloth. For suede we recommend a specialized brush.
-Treat leathers to protect against rain and moisture with a non-alkaline formula as recommended by your cobbler.
-Always use products intended for the type of leather you are treating. Suede, vachetta, nubuck, and nappas each require different modes of care. Consult with a leather care professional for expert advice.
-Test treatments on a concealed part of the shoe lest the product has an adverse effect on the color of the leather.
-If leather should get wet, pat dry with a soft cloth.
-Allow to dry at room temperature, do not place by a heater for faster results.
-Store your shoes and accessories in a cool, dry place. Leather color will change if left in direct light for a prolonged period.
Care for artwork:
-Brass, Nickel and Copper artwork will naturally patina overtime, especially if sitting unused for periods of time. Once you start using the item again the patina should wear and the metal will shine again. However if you want to speed up this process or you want more shine to your artwork you can use a jewelry cloth. In some occasions a very small amount of BrassO can be applied to a cloth and carefully applied to the artwork, trying hard to not get on the leather itself.
-Black artwork will have a natural wear to it, rubbing off in areas that get touched often, once this has happened it can’t be refinished, it is best to just enjoy this organic aging process.
Care for soles:
-Most of our shoes have leather soles. We recommend having a rubber protective sole added by your cobbler to extend their life. The rubber will adhere better to a slightly scuffed up sole. It will protect the leather from water damage and will prolong the life of your shoes. You can replace this sole as often as your wear dictates, all the while the leather sole will stay in perfect condition enabling many years of wear.
-Styles, often our wood bottoms, that come with rubber outsoles should also be regularly maintained. Replace them at your local cobbler as soon as you are near wearing through. If you end up walking on the wood or cork it might not be remediable.
-If you have had a rubber sole put on, or own a pair that comes as such, you might find the sole pulling away from the shoe, don’t fret, this happens on occasion, often to do with humidity levels. Its easily remedied by a cobbler who will use a flexible glue and apply timed and measured pressure to re-secure the sole. Please note not to use crazy glue at home, this will not hold and may damage your shoes.
-Heel taps should be replaced instantly if they come off. Calleen Cordero use high quality natural rubber taps that should wear down slowly, but taps come off on all shoes on occasion. For example, stepping on a grate could pull at tap off a shoe.
-If a tap wears down or comes off and is not remedied quickly one risks wearing down the actual heel and tearing the leather on a covered heel. This is a much more difficult fix for your cobbler.

-Warning please be careful when wearing our handbags with denim jeans, the finishes on denim can transfer to the leather, most denim companies warns consumers about this. If this should happen to you please contact a leather specialist for cleaning
-Should you have an issue with lining, zippers, or stitching coming undone overtime, your local cobbler should be able to easily repair this for you.
-Handbag strap adjustments can be taken to your local cobbler.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our collection against manufacture defects on items that have normal wear and tear. We make long lasting products but they also must be taken care of, it’s a partnership. We offer FREE ground shipping for all domestic orders over $350. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number, note UPS doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. Box shipments will be shipped via USPS. Customers are responsible to provide an address to ship packages to that has a secure delivery location, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer an option to ship signature required, for an additional fee.
We don’t offer free shipping on international shipments, we use UPS, DHL and can ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. Please be sure that you understand what the duty rates are in the country you are shipping to before finalizing your order. All international sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned. Refusal to pay duties and taxes upon delivery will result in the package being forfeited to the post office, and you will not be reimbursed for any amount of the original order.
Processing and Delivery Time:
Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday excluding holidays. We do our best to ship the same day but orders received on weekend days, closed hours, holidays and after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. If you need your package to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know so we can prioritize your order. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
